Before he was known for crying on television for saying hell is coming or even endorsing then retracting his quasi-endorsement of right-wing firebrand and presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy, Bill pre-spacman Ackman (the spac shut down and returned capital to investors) battled corporate raider Carl Icahn over the pinnacle of pyramidic nutrition, Herbalife.

Three of the four largest bank failures (in non-inflation-adjusted-united-states-dollars) have occurred in the last two months, but the show rolls on with the S&P500 about to breakout and $NVDA at 52-week highs.

This weekend regulators met with JPM and PNC banks to negotiate the takeover of $FRC. The FDIC’s mandate being ensuring the stability of the financial system whereas JPM and PNC are for-profit entities incentivized to get the best deal possible for their shareholders.
